- Contact Data: This includes your first and last name, email and mailing addresses, residence, postal code, phone number (213-644-9193), professional title, and organizational affiliation.
- Profile Data: This consists of your username and password set to create an online account with us, age, gender, biographical details, photograph, links to your profiles on various third-party sites including social networks, and massage preferences, including any health information you choose to provide.
- Identity Data: We collect this data to perform identification verification and security checks (or in the case of massage therapists, background checks and other screenings allowed by law). This may include your social security number, tax identification number, passport number, state or local identification number, or professional license number, and an image of the relevant identification card.
- Data About Others for Whom You Schedule a Massage: This includes the massage recipient’s full name, phone number (213-644-9193), email address, gender, and birthday. Please ensure that you have the individual’s permission before scheduling a massage for them or sharing their contact details with us.
- Communications: This includes any communications exchanged with us, such as when you contact us with inquiries, feedback, or for other reasons.
- Transactional Data: This includes information required to complete your orders and/or payments through the Service (including name, credit card information, bank account number, billing and shipping information, insurance information), and details about payments made to and from you, as well as other details of products or services you have purchased from us.

As part of these activities, we may create aggregated, de-identified, or other anonymous data from the personal information we collect. Google Account Integrations: Calendar and Sign-In
Google Calendar Integration
We integrate Google Calendar to streamline scheduling by directly showing your calendar data within our platform. This feature enables you to view, manage, and adjust your appointments, ensuring changes made through our site synchronize with your Google Calendar. We request access to https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar to view and update events as you manage your schedule seamlessly from one platform.
Google Sign-In Integration
To enhance user experience, we integrate Google Sign-In to simplify account creation and login. When you use Google Sign-In, we collect certain basic profile information from your Google account, including.
Email Address: Used to create and identify your account on our platform, ensuring secure access.
Profile Information: Such as your name and profile picture, which helps personalize your experience on our site.
User ID: This unique identifier is securely stored to help us link your Google account to our platform without requiring additional credentials.
This integration not only saves time but also strengthens security by leveraging Google’s authentication systems, protecting your data while facilitating a smoother login process. We use this information strictly for account management and verification purposes and do not share it with third parties.
Your choices
You have the following choices concerning your personal information:
Access or update your information. If you have registered for an account with us, you may review and update certain account information by logging into the account.
Opt-out of marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing-related emails by following the opt-out or unsubscribe instructions at the bottom of the email, or by contacting us. You may continue to receive service-related and other non-marketing emails. If you receive marketing text messages from us, you may opt out of receiving further marketing text messages from us by replying STOP to our marketing message.
Cookies. Most browsers let you remove and/or stop accepting cookies from the websites you visit. To do this, follow the instructions in your browser’s settings. Many browsers accept cookies by default until you change your settings. If you do not accept cookies, however, you may not be able to use all the functionalities of the Service, and our Site may not work properly. Some of our advertising partners are members of the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) and are subject to the Self-Regulatory Principles for Online Behavioral Advertising published by the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA). We do not control websites, mobile applications, or online services operated by third parties, and we are not responsible for their actions.
Consent to Certain Electronic Communications
Consent to Electronic Communications. By using the Service or providing Personal Information (as defined in the Privacy Policy) such as your email or phone number to us, you agree that we may communicate with you electronically to receive transactional communications relating to the Service and/or regarding security, privacy, and administrative issues relating to your use of the Service (i.e., update on status of arrival, timing, and to confirm appointments). If we learn of a security system’s breach, we may attempt to notify you electronically by posting a notice on the Service or sending an email to you, if we have your email address. You may have a legal right to receive this notice in writing. SMS Text Messages and Push Notifications. When you register with Hands On Heal, Hands On Heal will send you an SMS text message containing a 4-digit code to verify your phone number and will send SMS text messages and push notifications (“Messages and Notifications”) to keep you informed about the Service. For example, Hands On Heal will send you a text message to confirm or remind you of your scheduled appointment(s). By using the Service, you agree to receive Messages and Notifications regarding your use of the Service. SMS text messages are for transactional purposes only. While Messages and Notifications are intended to enhance your use of the Service, you may (i) disable push notifications on your device. You recognize and acknowledge that SMS messaging is an inherently less secure method of communication and agree to receive text messages regardless of the level of security associated with them. Message and data rates may apply.
If you wish to remove yourself from any list (other than as set forth in Section 7.b), please email us with “OPT-OUT,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” “STOP,” or “REMOVE” in the subject line.
Depending on your current carrier plan, you may incur charges for these Messages and Notifications and agree to not hold Hands On Heal liable for any charges incurred. You acknowledge that any terms between you and any third-party provider (such as, for example, Apple®, Android™, or Verizon) create no obligation or responsibility on the part of Hands On Heal, and that Hands On Heal is not responsible for any failure of warranty by any such third party.
Hands On Heal cannot control certain factors relating to message delivery. You acknowledge that, depending on your mobile carrier’s service, it may not be possible to transmit a text message to you successfully. We have no liability for transmission delays or message failures.
Consent to receive marketing text messages, which are subject to separate consent terms, is not a condition of purchasing any of Hands On Heal’s goods or Services, and you are free to opt-out at any time from marketing text messages as set forth immediately above in Section 12(c). Note we may confirm your opt-out by text message. If you subscribe to multiple types of text messages from us, we may unsubscribe you from the Service that most recently sent you a message or respond to your STOP message by texting you a request to identify the Service(s) that you wish to stop. Hands On Heal is headquartered in the United States and may utilize service providers that operate in other countries. Children
The services offered by Hands On Heal are not intended for use by individuals under the age of 16. If we discover that we have collected personal information from a child under 16 without obtaining the necessary consent from the child’s parent or guardian as required by law, we will take steps to delete that information.

We reserve the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time.
